Our Expertise in Top CRM Platforms

Grownue has hands-on experience and certified expertise in all major CRM platforms popular among growing businesses. We know that no single CRM fits everyone – each platform has its strengths, and the “best” choice depends on your specific needs. That’s why we’ve invested in becoming specialists (and often partners) in multiple systems. Here’s a closer look at the key CRM platforms we work with, and how we can help you leverage each:

HubSpot

We have HubSpot certified experts who can help you leverage every part of the HubSpot Growth Suite (CRM, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and even CMS if needed). If you choose HubSpot CRM, we’ll ensure it’s set up to capture all the important interactions. For instance, we can integrate your website so that when someone fills a form or even just visits key pages, the CRM reflects that activity – giving your sales team valuable context on what prospects are interested in. We’ll help set up lead scoring, so your team knows which leads are hottest based on their engagement (HubSpot is great at this). We’ll also tailor pipelines in HubSpot to your sales process, automate follow-up sequences, and create email templates and snippets to save your reps time.

Salesforce

We help clients implement Salesforce in a way that fits their business (out-of-the-box Salesforce is powerful but can be overwhelming – we configure it to your needs so you’re not lost in unused features). We can customize Salesforce to an exceptional degree: creating custom objects, advanced workflows, even Apex code development if required. A big advantage of Salesforce is customization – and we make sure you take advantage of that to get exactly what you want. For instance, we’ve helped service businesses use Salesforce to automate their project handoffs, SaaS companies to manage subscription renewals and customer success tracking within Salesforce, and manufacturers to integrate Salesforce with inventory systems. We also guide you through Salesforce’s releases and best practices (it can be complex, but we simplify it).

Zoho

As a Zoho partner, we offer a full range of services: from initial licensing advice (Zoho has various bundles like Zoho CRM Plus, or Zoho One which is an all-apps-in-one bundle – we help you choose the most economical option for your needs) to implementation and beyond. We leverage our partner access to get priority support from Zoho if any issues arise, and we stay updated on Zoho’s frequent updates and new offerings on your behalf

Pipedrive

Even though Pipedrive is simple, a bit of expert guidance can turbocharge its impact. We assist in customizing the pipeline stages to match your sales cycle – whether you follow a classic “Qualified -> Proposal -> Negotiation -> Won” flow or something unique, we configure it. We add custom fields to capture info important to your business (for example, if you need to track “Project Type” or “Referral Source” on deals, that’s easy to do). We also set up Pipedrive’s automation workflows for you: these can automate things like moving a deal to a “Cold” stage if there’s been no activity for 30 days, or sending a thank-you email when a deal is marked won.

Monday.com

We help clients set up Monday.com boards that function as an efficient CRM. This could involve using Monday’s Sales CRM template as a starting point and then tailoring it heavily. We define your deal stages on a Monday board, set up contacts/companies boards and link them (so you can click on a deal and see related contact info, etc.). Monday’s linking and mirror columns allow relational data (like linking a Deal item to a Company item), and we configure those relationships for you.
